PBTSI rescued my company and me from the jaws of defeat. We had neglected our accounting department to the point that we hadn’t received month-end financials for 6 months. We didn’t know how to whip the department into shape because we’re mental health professionals, not accountants. It’s taken time and effort on our part, but 9 months later, we’re receiving on-time, accurate monthly financials, and we’ve completely revamped our accounting practices. They helped me understand my financials and that I can reconfigure them in ways that make sense to me. They worked closely with staff in my business to undo confusing policies and procedures and implement streamlined systems. They worked closely with my CPA to ensure they have everything they need without making me feel like a go-between with my accountant and CPA.
