Stephanie White, Founder / Director

Stephanie White, PBTSI’s fearless leader, has been immersed in public accounting since 1997. With decades of experience, she is passionate about helping clients achieve business success by establishing and managing practical, efficient accounting systems through her CFO and Controller services. Stephanie also oversees PBTSI’s business consulting and tax departments, ensuring clients receive strategic guidance and expert support.Regular client meetings are a cornerstone of Stephanie’s approach, fostering strong relationships and long-term client retention. Her extensive knowledge across all areas of accounting, combined with her unwavering commitment to client service, continues to be a driving force behind PBTSI’s success.Outside of her professional role, Stephanie enjoys traveling, capturing moments through travel photography, staying active, and maintaining a well-balanced lifestyle.

Willie White, Co-Founder / Director

Willie White, our co-captain at PBTSI, plays a pivotal role in managing both our bookkeeping department and internal firm accounting. Since 2005, Willie has worked closely alongside Stephanie White, contributing to the day-to-day operations and overall success of the firm. His deep understanding of accounting principles, gained through formal coursework and extensive hands-on experience, ensures that our processes meet the highest industry standards. Willie’s leadership and attention to detail help keep client bookkeeping projects on track and our internal systems running smoothly. His commitment to operational excellence makes him an essential part of the PBTSI team. Outside of his professional role, Willie enjoys spending time with his family and hitting the golf course for his favorite pastime. If there’s a tee time open, chances are he’s already booked it!

Chelsea Martins, Practice Manager

Chelsea Martins brings a dynamic blend of administrative expertise and leadership to her role as Practice Manager. In addition to overseeing day-to-day operations, Chelsea leads human resources management for the team, ensuring a supportive and efficient workplace. She is dedicated to delivering top-notch client care through administrative and technological support, enhancing both client experience and team productivity.

Chelsea also plays a key role in business compliance initiatives, assisting with projects such as business formations and registered agent services. Her proactive approach and attention to detail make her an invaluable asset to the organization.

Elfreda Akarolo, Executive Assistant

With over 14 years of experience supporting executives and senior leaders, Elfreda has built a career on creating calm, structure, and clarity in fast-moving environments. Elfreda enjoys managing complex schedules, coordinating projects and supporting high-level meetings so leaders can stay focused on what matters most.

Elfreda has had the privilege of working across philanthropy, telecommunications, and technology, partnering with C-Suite leaders and boards to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently. Along the way, Elfreda has embraced technology and AI tools to simplify workflows, strengthen communication, and bring a thoughtful balance of organization and care to every task.

Sonja Williamson, Accounting Manager

Sonja Williamson is the go-to expert at PBTSI for large client CFO and Controller work, serving as the lead controller for our CFO restaurant client accounts. With over 15 years of experience in public accounting and hands-on controller roles across multiple companies, Sonja brings a wealth of expertise to the team. Sonja holds QuickBooks Online Certifications Levels 1 and 2, and is continually expanding her knowledge to stay ahead in the ever-evolving accounting landscape. Her proficiency in financial reporting, bookkeeping, payroll processing, accounts receivable and payable, combined with expert-level skills in accounting software such as QuickBooks (Online and Desktop), Sage, and Microsoft Office, make her an invaluable resource for our clients. Sonja’s strong analytical and communication skills enable her to solve complex accounting challenges and develop customized systems that support client growth and operational efficiency.

Outside of her professional role, Sonja enjoys relaxing with her family, diving into audiobooks, and occasionally indulging in a good TV binge.

Seleste Tai, Controller

Seleste Tai is a seasoned accounting professional with over five years of experience across accounts payable, payroll, reconciliations, and financial reporting. As Controller at PBTSI, she leads financial operations and ensures regulatory compliance, while working closely with a diverse client base to deliver tailored accounting solutions. Seleste serves as the dedicated controller for our CFO medical clients, bringing precision and insight to their financial management needs.Seleste demonstrates a strong proficiency in streamlining financial reporting systems and enhancing data accuracy through strategic process optimization and meticulous attention to detail. With a Bachelor of Applied Science in Accounting from the University of Hawaii – West Oahu, Seleste brings strong technical expertise and a proven record of enhancing financial integrity, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.Outside of her professional role, Seleste is an avid reader and enjoys hiking.

Ramon Morante, Human Resources and Payroll Manager

Ramon is a dedicated payroll professional with a strong background in payroll systems, including processing, time-off management, and tax form amendments. Darshan Shah, Accounting Lead

Darshan Shah is a key member of our accounting team, known for his precision and reliability in managing a wide range of accounting tasks. He plays a central role in initiating and supporting bookkeeping projects, including monthly and quarterly workflows, ensuring that client records are accurate, timely, and compliant.With over eight years of experience in public accounting, Darshan brings a deep understanding of tax compliance and financial reporting. His expertise includes preparing corporate, partnership, and individual income tax returns, as well as handling entity dissolutions and liquidations for both public and private organizations.Darshan holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and is highly proficient in a wide range of accounting software, including QuickBooks (Online and Desktop), Xero, and other platforms. Krishna Soni, Bookkeeping Associate

Krishna Soni is a skilled accounting assistant with over seven years of experience in public accounting. Krishna plays a key role in launching and supporting monthly, quarterly and CFO client bookkeeping projects, ensuring accuracy and consistency across client accounts. Her background includes hands-on experience in bookkeeping, payroll, accounts receivable and payable, banking operations, and managerial review processes, making her a valuable asset to the PBTSI team.In addition to her core accounting responsibilities, Krishna has extensive experience with 1099 form filings and is proficient in a wide range of accounting and business software. Parth Dawda is an experienced accounting professional with more than five years of comprehensive experience in public accounting. As a bookkeeping associate at PBTSI, Parth is committed to providing accurate, reliable, and high‑quality bookkeeping services, along with strategic CFO support for clients spanning multiple industries. His strong grounding in accounting principles, paired with his passion for creating financial transparency, ensures that every report, reconciliation, and task he handles is completed with precision, consistency, and care.

In his role, Parth collaborates closely with business owners, managers, and senior accounting staff to maintain well‑organized financial records and enhance operational efficiency. Aditya Chauhan, Bookkeeping Associate

Aditya Chauhan is an experienced accounting professional with over two years of hands-on experience supporting clients across diverse industries, including Construction & Engineering, Rental Property Businesses, and Hotel Franchise Operations. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, which provides him with a strong foundation in financial principles and practices.

He has extensive experience managing Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and end-to-end bookkeeping projects. Aditya is known for his ability to quickly adapt to new work processes and proactively seek opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy. His strong analytical approach and attention to detail help ensure smooth financial operations for his clients.
