Stephanie White, Founder / Accounting Director
PBTSI’s fearless leader, Stephanie White, has worked in public accounting since 1997. Stephanie loves helping clients achieve business success by establishing and helping to manage practical and sound accounting processes through CFO/Controller services. She also manages our business consulting and tax departments.Regular meeting with clients is the cornerstone of Stephanie’s success in client retention. Her vast experience in all things accounting and dedication to client service has proven to be invaluable to our clients. Stephanie enjoys traveling, travel photography, working out and focusing on maintaining a balanced life.

Willie White, Co-Founder / Accounting Manager
Our co-captain, Willie White, is dedicated to managing our bookkeeping department as well as our firm accounting. Willie has worked side by side with Stephanie since 2005 and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of PBTSI. Willie has been trained to meet the high standards of the accounting industry through many accounting courses and more importantly, experience.In his spare time, Willie loves to be with his wife, golf, golf and golf some more.

Chelsea Martins, Practice Manager
With her dynamic administrative and leadership background, Chelsea Martins is always there to provide administrative and technological support to our clients and team. She also assists with business compliance projects such as business formations and registered agent work. Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys spending time with her family, camping and traveling.

Sonja Williamson, Accounting Manager
The PBTSI go to for large client CFO/Controller work is Sonja Williamson. Sonja has 15+ years of experience in public accounting and has been acting controller for several companies. Sonja’s skills in financial reporting, bookkeeping, payroll processing, accounts receivable and accounts payable and her expert level knowledge in various accounting software’s such QuickBooks (Online and Desktop), Sage and MS Office aid in her knowledge in accounting and the financial reporting process. She also possesses excellent analytical and communication skills, allowing us to resolve complex accounting problems and come up with systems for our clients to aid in their growth.In Sonja’s spare time, she loves to spend time with her family, listen to audio books, and when she has time to do so, binge watch TV.

Raymond McMillion, HR and Payroll Specialist
Raymond is passionate about applying his acquired skills and knowledge to help your business achieve its goals! Raymond has a diverse background in HR including consulting, financial services, and food and beverage services. He sets your company up for success by overseeing all HR operations. Outside of work, Raymond is an avid traveler, with a keen interested in exploring different cultures around the world. Raymond has a passion for music and enjoys playing the piano. He is also fluent in Spanish.

Darshan Shah, Accounting Clerk
Darshan Shah is the cornerstone of our back office. Darshan starts work on all client tax returns; from business to individual. He also assists Willie in starting most monthly and quarterly bookkeeping projects. Darshan has 8+ years of experience working in public accounting, which came after the completion of his bachelor’s degree in accounting. His experience includes preparation of tax filings such as corporate, partnership and individual income tax returns of the public as well as the private entities dissolution and liquidations. He’s also experienced in accounting and has worked in a wide range of software’s from QuickBooks to Xero. Apart from the profession when Darshan gets the chance, he loves to travel, play cricket and listen to and sing music.

Krishna Soni, Accounting Assistant
With 7+ years’ experience in public accounting Krishna Soni is an excellent addition to our PBTSI team as our accounting assistant. Her responsibilities include but not limited to starting monthly and quarterly bookkeeping projects. Krishna’s experience in bookkeeping, payroll accounts receivable and accounts payable and banking, manager review in bookkeeping is what make her a valuable staff member. Not only does she have experience on the bookkeeping side of accounting Krishna has years of knowledge on filing 1099 forms. Krishna has worked in accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online. She has obtained knowledge to work with software like Drop Box, Dext, Bill.com, Gusto, ADP, Paychex and Sure. When she is not working Krishna enjoys listening to melody music, reading novels and enjoys visiting new places.
