Flexible Payroll Plans
Our Payroll Processing Services are designed to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll administration while reducing administrative burden on a bi-weekly basis to meet US employment tax requirements.
Payroll Processing services will be conducted according to the below schedule:
Daily
- Calculate and process payroll according to schedule and as needed. Includes bonus and as needed (bonus, termination, etc.) payroll runs
- Calculate and track accrued vacation and sick time or other benefits
- Calculate federal and state payroll taxes based on the deposit frequency you have set up.
- Provide direct deposit for your employees with online access to paychecks and human resource forms
- A dedicated certified payroll professional will be assigned and all payroll issues will be resolved within 24 hours
Monthly
- Reconciliation of employee benefit invoices and employee deductions
- Workers Compensation payroll reporting
- Management alignment meeting to include Infantry Group and PBTSI leaders
Quarterly
- Reconciliation of quarterly 940 and 941 federal payroll reports
- Reconciliation of state unemployment tax
- Reconciliation of federal unemployment tax
Annually
- Reconcile and manage W-2 and W-3, file electronically, and print duplicate copies as needed at year end
- Full review and roll out of tip compliance policies

- Implement processes and systems
- Payroll tax audit representation. If higher level professional required, PBTSI will act as liaison
