I am grateful to have the opportunity to work with Stephanie White and her team at PBTSI. For years Stephanie has given me the needed guidance to thrive as a young and ambitious business owner in the Las Vegas Valley. Not only has she helped with my accounting for my business but she has also helped me with starting my Non-Profit. She has helped me create a business AND a Non-Profit step by step. PBTSI rescued my company and me from the jaws of defeat. We had neglected our accounting department to the point that we hadn’t received month-end financials for 6 months. We didn’t know how to whip the department into shape because we’re mental health professionals, not accountants. They walked me through QuickBooks personally and professionally. They helped me understand my financials and that I can reconfigure them in ways that make sense to me. They worked closely with staff in my business to undo confusing policies and procedures and implement streamlined systems. They worked closely with my CPA to ensure they have everything they need without making me feel like a go-between with my accountant and CPA. PBTSI is on my team. They’re kind, professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. I can’t emphasize how nice it is to have an accounting team that speaks English to me instead of accounting-ese.
